Every owner understands: in order for a cow to produce more tasty and healthy milk, she needs to be well fed. But nourishing and a lot does not mean right! The fact is that to produce milk, the cow’s body needs many substances, and in a certain ratio. The presence of carbohydrates, vitamins, macro- and microelements in the feed is especially important - sulfur, cobalt, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, etc. A cow must spend 0.2 mg of iodine to produce 1 liter of milk; 0.12 mg of cobalt, 1.5 grams of calcium, about one gram of sulfur, etc.

A cow can only obtain these vital components from feed. But natural feed (grass, hay, root vegetables, grain) lacks these substances.

A cow that receives only natural feed supplies the milk with missing substances from its own body, depleting it. The cow often gets sick, gives birth to weak calves or becomes barren, calving occurs with complications, etc.

2) Bad weather conditions in recent years.

But there are people who keep 2, 3 or even 4 cows on their farm. I admire them and their hard work. Of course they make money from it. And it is right. He who works eats. For example, in our village, Albina Nikolaevna Egorova’s farm keeps 3 cows. And on the farm of Valentina Nikolaevna Lukina they keep 4 cows. Moreover, the owners work at their main jobs. They donate milk to RaiPO and receive income. They receive about 18 thousand rubles a month. Of course, part of it goes to buy feed.
